Hi,
AIIMS doesn't conduct courses in physiotherapy.You can see courses offers by AIIMS at its official website

Some of the good college for physiotherapy are
B j medical college ,Pune
CMC Vellore
MIT , Manipal
Indian institute of health education and research health post graduate institute Chandigarh
School of physiotherapy ,ssg hospital Gujrat
Padamshree institute of physiotherapy, Banglore
