NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. It is a National level Entrance examination if you want to study MBBS, BDS, Ayush or Veterinary courses across India. But KCET is a State Level Entrance examination for admission to Engineering, Agricultural and Pharmaceutical courses. So both the exams have different out reaches. If you want to study MBBS/BDS/Ayush/Veterinary courses, NEET is the exam that you have to attempt. And you not appearing for KCET doesn't hold any importance during NEET Counselling.
