In order to be eligible for NEET PG, following criteria are to be met-

• Candidates must have completed MBBS degree or can have provisional MBBS pass certificate from a recognized institute of India.
• They must have completed their 12 months rotatory internship on or before 31st March, 2020.
• And, they must possess provisional or permanent registration certificate issued by MCI or SMC.

Now, to answer your question, in absence of original MBBS Degree certificate, provisional one too is applicable.
