Hello Sivakumar, I think May be you income certificate validity date is over, because income certificate is not older than 6 months while applying for counselling. So, please check the validity date of income certificate, if date is not valid then apply for new one. otherwise if income certificate is eligible then contact helpline centers regarding this issue.
