It is advised to indulge in this course only if you are interested in it. The recruiters are mostly NGOs or Government departments. Many students also indulge in short-term projects after completion of this course.

Thus, overall the market is very receptive to both the courses. MSW Community Development is comparatively a better choice as the field is growing rapidly in India.
