I think since you have decided to pursue CSE, you should go for one of the IIITs. According to your CRL in JEE Mains 17200, you will perhaps be eligible for CSE at IIIT Guwahati, Surat, Bhubaneshwar, Naya Raipur and IIIT Pune. These five IIITs are rising steadily and its a matter of time when they take on older IIITs and other Technical Institutes in field of Information Technology.
