Congratulations on getting your jee main results.
You're saying that your jee main rank is 75000 and asking for cse branch, for sure you can get some good government colleges with this rank, if you're reservation student then there are chances that you can get some NITs and IIITs, but if you're in general or OBC category then there are very less chances of getting a NITs or IIITs.
Coming to your questions, yes can get CSE Branch with 75k rank but not in nits/iiits. You can go for some top private engineering colleges(like bits,thapa University, srm)which are better than many government colleges.

First of all you must mention your category, as you haven't mentioned, so i am assuming you from general category.
Now, as you have secured 75000 crl rank in jee mains , then sorry you will not get any nits or iiits. As the competition level is increasing day by day and this statement applies mainly for general category students, so for getting a seat in nits or iiits your crl rank must be roughly under 30000 if you are from general category.

In csab special round counselling, you can try at some gftis, but getting cse branch is also impossible in gftis or any nits or iiits from this much crl rank, if you belong from general / open category.

You can try at some other state colleges or private institutions like kalinga institute of industrial technology or cv raman global university as many low rankers can easily get admission in these private colleges.
