Hello,
With 199 rank in OBC category in DU JAT you will surely get a decent college in Univesity of Delhi.
Previous year with 5k general rank a OBC candidate got BMS in Aryabhatta College in first list itself. And 8n later cutoffs you will surely get almost all the top colleges for BMS\BBA courses
