Heartieat congratulations for performing so well in the entrance exam.
If i go by the previous year data then laat cutoff marks for lhmc delhi was633 for general category but rank was 362.
So it's really difficult to predict because cutoff changes almost every year. It depends on the difficulty level of paper and number of candidates who appeared for the examination.

For government medical college chandigarh
Cutoff marks for genwral category was 653 bit rank was 278.
Again the similar case as stated above
