As you have mentioned that you are an open category candidate, you need to score really well in AEEE, as there is always a tough competition for CSE branch.
To get CSE branch in Amrita Coimbatore you need to have a rank below 1200 if you are from open category.
To get CSE branch in Amrita Bangalore you need to have a rank below 4000 if you are from open category.
These were the closing ranks for CSE according to previous year's cutoffs.
Since your rank is 4609, you have less chances to get into CSE branch in either of the campuses. You can try for ECE branch or others as per your preference.
