To secure a seat in Computer Science Engineering with this rank in any campus of SRM University be it Chennai, Delhi, Amravati is almost impossible. Because CSE branch in SRM University demands the highest cutoff among all other branches. As per my knowledge the last cutoff rank for CSE in SRM University was around 15000. 

As far is information technology branch is concerned your rank can get you eligible but I am not sure about your seat in any of the SRM campus because this year they were a lot of students who gave SRMJEEE, so cut off rank is expected to be high.

I am not at all demotivating you but, I would advise you to leave SRM and try for other good engineering institutes in India there are plenty available.
