Yes your son will be eligible for state 85% quota for admission in Tamil Nadu, as he is domicile of Tamil Nadu he will be eligible for states 85% quota in NEET exam. And as you are saying he has completed till 8th and further again 11th and 12 th then there is no need to worry he will get state quota of Tamil nadu.
