Also, unlike other engineering institutes, Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS) is the only institute in India without any reservation, or recommendations or management quota.
So no, OBC-NCL won't be considered for quota in Admission.

Congratulations for his performance. Looking into previous year trends, with 341 marks in BITS exam he might get CSE in BITS Hyderabad Campus. Last two years the closing marks were 334 and 339 respectively. So this gives your son a fair chance to get CSE in BITS Hyderabad.
