Turpu Kapu falls under General Category which is OC. There have been requests for inclusion of Turpu Kapuu Community to BC but that hasn't happened so far. And even Turpu Kapuu Community is not listed in the Central OBC list and so they fall under OC.

Please tell Me that turupu kapu is under central obc or not for jee because I already got central obc certificate once

Turpu kapu belongs to OBC and BC-D category, basically they are from Andhra Region(costal area, Srikakulam, Vizianagara and Visakhapattanam) Number of people are less in this category, So State Governements may recognize or not recognize this caste as BC-D.
