Based on your profile you seem to be a medical student , so i am answering this question based on NEET exam. Well since you are telangana itself , you will have a state quota. ST category from telangana cutoff goes till 30000 for Gandhi medical college and 40000 for Osmania. If you are ok with any Government college then even at 70000 you can get a seat.
So a good rank would be 30000 on a safer side.
