Hi ,your marks are too low to gt you a seat in any government college . Talking of lady hardringe Medical. College least marks to secure a seat under state quota was
General- 631
Sc-476
ST- 405
Ews-587
Obc-567
You can go for private colleges to be on safer side.
Or you can drop a year and prepare well for next year
