Hey.
You can take admission in NALSAR only through the CLAT exam.  And according to previous year trends you would require a rank around 130 in CLAT. Considering that your rank is 2132, you do not have any chances here if you belong to the general category.
Also the counselling procedure for admissions in 2018 has already been completed and the admissions for NALSAR has been closed.
So, you cannot get admission here this year. If You want to take admission here in 2019 you would require a rank atleast around 130 for admission here.
