Hello Aspirant,

Without appearing in Gate examination you will not be able to get admission in any of the IITs for your M.Tech degree. Gate is the only medium to get into any of the IITs or the NITs. Only B.Tech graduate from IITs with CGPA of 8.0 or above would be eligible to admission without having to appear in GATE. Therefore I suggest you to prepare well and appear in the next year for the examination . Good luck.
