See NEET is the eligibility criteria for most of the Universities. So if you want to take in admission in any top university then NEET will be required. Now there are some institutes such as Banaras Hindu University, Christian medical college, Mahatma Gandhi Mission University, Indian army which offers admission also on the basis of the entrance they conduct themselves. So you can follow that way also but in general for most colleges you need to have qualified the NEET examination.
