With such score it if very difficult to get seat in IIT or NIT. You need to have minimum 400-500 GATE score to have decent chances of getting seat in NIT or IIT. However, considering the previous year cut off for special round 1 and 2 you have chances of getting seat in NIT, Patna in Urban & Regional Planning. The cut off was 291 for OBC-NCL category in special round 1 and considering the special round 2 cut off you may get seat in Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology, Nagpur in Urban Planning. The cut off score was 291 for OBC-NCL category. The cut off changes in 2021 depending on number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and number of seats available etc.
