First of all to be eligible for the jossa counselling process you need to qualify the JEE cutoff as required by your respective category.
Now since for JEE mains 2019 SC category cutoff is 54 percentile and you have qualified
The required minimum cutoff required, so you are eligible for Jossa counselling.
So, I would advice you to participate in the counseling process and look for the. College which suits you best according to your branch.

Hi Deepak ! Probably it seems very hard. According to your percentile your rank may extends upto 65000-70000. With this rank you cannot enter Jossa counselling if you haven't cross the cut-off marks. But if you have the cut-off marks then you can enter Jossa counselling. Through your rank you may get nit Manipur, Mizoram, Jharkhand, and in some cases good nits like nit Durgapur. For good nits you will get poor streams. Even in low graded nits you will not get a good stream. So best of luck to you.
