According to previous years cut off analysis which is subjective as cut off ranks change every year depending upon a no of factors such as no of applicants , no of applicant from sc category to nit warangal , level of difficulty of jee mains this year etc etc, last year cut off rank from general category at nit warangal was 28753 from home state quota and 24447 for open state quota(you might have a chance if 18691 is your common list rank from general category), for sc category cut off rank was 3092 from home state quota and 3935 from open state quota(so you might have / not have a chance depending upon this years merit fallout)
