First of all, dont panic. As far as I know, there will not be any problem provided that at the time of counselling you could prove that your mother is actually the same person as mentioned in the records. Also, I personally do not recall any cases wher a student was denied permission because of mistake in either of the parent's names. As long s you can prove your identity there will not be a problem in the counselling.

I'm sorry to say, but not only in neet exam,if you are applying for any exam you have to face some issues, because 10 marksheet is the one, which we use as the proof of our identit..If their is some mistake in your marksheet, you need to solve it, and correct the spelling..
Because these small issues, can create big problems in your future..
Plz dont get depressed, you can contact you school, and tell them about your problem..
