My friend in class 10 marksheet is Atul and in class 12 marksheet is Atul Roy. His mother is in class 10 is sunita but in class 12 her name is suneeta. so at the time of counselling for neet, an affidavit is okay?or what to do?

Yes, affidavit is essential for corrections in the marks sheet. Affidavit with an authorised signature is essential.
