As you are of Karnataka state as you are of category BC-E as you wanted to enter in the certificate your caste in filling the details and you should fill in the details OBC as that bcb,bcd,bce comes into that category only so you should fill in the details of your certificate if that is also not available then you should go to the helpline of meeseva website of telangana state and listout the problem you can get answer to your problem and you will compulsory get the answer from them and as mee seva is of state government of telangana they will help you in this kind of problems i think my suggestions and knowledge may be helpful to u.
