You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because cut offs are different across Categories. In general if you belong to General Category, you will  need atleast 500-550 and for Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 450-500. But this is based on general trends for Ayush courses. Please do remember that cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.
