that CET application is actually incomplete dear without the neet reg. no.

and without that you wont be considered for state quota.

contact the cet office ASAP.

Yes. As according to the officials , you need to fill neet ug details in you cet forms then only your candidature will be considerd for state quota..
Contact cet officials once,may be they can help you out in this regard..
