Based on the CBSE NEET information bulletin:-

The candidates are instructed to follow the following dress code  while appearing for NEET(UG):
(a) Light clothes with half sleeves not having big buttons, brooch/badge, flower etc. with salwar/trouser.
(b) Slippers, sandals with low heels and not the shoes. 

In case, candidates are coming in customary dress for appearing in the examination, they should report at least an hour before the last reporting time i.e. 9.30 AM, so that they could be frisked properly. 

It is better to refrain from wearing tight clothing to avoid any hindrance or inconvenience during the day of the examination, even though they haven't barred jeans from the dress code.

Yes it is allowed. But you should not wear tight clothes, so better avoid it...

 Yes, its allowed but as per the guidelines of CBSE, candidates appearing foe exam should wear light coloured and loose clothes. Also, there should not be any metallic accessory attached to the clothes. You should rather wear loose pants and kurta, make sure its comfortable. Shoes are not allowed. Wear sleepers/sandals.

No. Please wear only traditional dress , for boys wear shirt and trouser and for girls wear salwar suit.

Try not to wear jeans. Because belt is needed to wear jeans. And it has a metallic part. Jeans itself has metalic button. Anything made up of metal is not allowed.
