Warm wishes for all the success you made till date. Though we must admit that Mathematics is an integral part of Economics but you still still pursue your studies in Economics without having Maths as a subject in 10+2. There are few organization which offer B.A degree in Economics even if you don't have maths. Some of them are

Symbiosis School of Economics

Indian School of Business and Finance

Amity University Noida

Manav Rachna International University etc.

So don't loose hope, go ahead and have a great success !!!
