Hello Rumana, the cutoff for NEET 2019 is

  • 50th percentile for General
  • 40th percentile for SC/ST/OBC
  • 45th for PwD

You can check out this link for detailed info on cutoffs in Kerala medical colleges: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-kerala

If you have ST reservation you are eligible for almost all the deemed colleges.

If you are SC, you might have a chance at Periyaram Meical College which although is govt. controlled self financing

But if you are general, its difficult to get into a deemed state medical college with your marks. You may apply for private medical colleges but since you have a financial issue, you may drop the year or get into some other course
