To be honest, you have very little chance in government colleges based on the score you managed to secure. You should probably apply for private colleges and deemed universities.

All the best!

Lets first look at what was the cut off in previous year (General category)AIQ Cut Off -Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode - 632Govt. Medical College, Kottayam - 599Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram - 614Govt. Medical College, Thrissur - 595Govt. Medical College, Ernakulam - 589TD Medical College, Alleypey - 593Govt. Medical College, Kollam - 563Govt. Medical College, Manjeri - 585Govt. Medical College, Yakarra - 581State Cut Off -Govt. Medical College, Kozhikode - 583Govt. Medical College, Kottayam - 597Govt. Medical College, Thiruvananthapuram - 608Govt. Medical College, Thrissur - 590Govt. Medical College, Ernakulam - 583TD Medical College, Alleypey - 583Govt. Medical College, Manjeri - 584Seeing at these cut offs and keeping in mind, cut off varies from year to year, I would suggest you to score 600+. 600+ would be a safe score with which you can obtain a Govt. Seat in Kerala under General/Unreserved Category. For complete details visit - https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-kerala From these records, and with your marks it's unlikely for you to get a government seet as your marks are lowYou can try a private college instead. You need to fill your choices carefully and keep a close watch over the whole counseling process as to when n all the counseling rounds r happening, their reporting time and all.And also you got to check the respective sites of the college for information regarding the manual rounds. Its not gonna be an easy process .You can try for the colleges in South India because they might be charging a high fee but they provide quality education and have proper infrastructure (such as Shree Ramchandra 22lakh +,A few colleges in Kerala, Karnataka and a few in Pondicherry). For more information check the respective sites and last year statistics and you might be able to get an idea.
