Hi..i have appeared for neet and secured 1.96 lakh AIR in 1st attempt without any coaching. Is it advisable to take drop for the next year?

Hi !

It solely depends on you , whether you are capable enough to crack NEET with your college or not. It is great that you have scored 342 without any coaching. If you have fear about rise in cutoffs after your drop year , let me tell you the cutoff changes every , it may increase or decrease depending on various factors like no. of candidates , no. of seats , difficulty level of exam , etc.

So , if you are confident that you can score well without coaching and with college , go ahead , but if you are not 100 perecent sure , give it  a chance.

Hello aspirant!

The cut-offs are nearly around the same level each year. Yes, I must say that without coaching you've scored a very good rank and I am positive too that you might do better if you take a drop. Because of belonging to the OBC category, you might get a seat in a good MBBS college. I hope this information was helpful!
