Hey ,
You can use the code for senior secondary exams i.e. after 12th as Neet is an undergraduate exam. Also if you are able to clear the exam , you can provide the certificate of gap years for the years during you did your BE.

Dear Perunjothi, as your B. E doesn't have 2 among Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology as your subjects, your highest qualification will remain +2. And if you have scored a minimum of 50% in your +2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects, then your qualification code is 02.
