Hello Aspirant! With this rank, it's quite difficult for you to get admission in an NIT. Getting IIIT is also not possible. You can't get NIT/IIIT through JOSAA counselling. Getting through CSAB counselling is also not possible not even through the special rounds. However you can try participating in other state level counselling's which accept the JEE result. You can try taking admission in other better private colleges like:
KIIT, Bhubaneshwar
Chandigarh University
Brainway University
Thapar University
etc.
