You are belonging from general category so at 514  marks your chances are quite low but you can try for government Medical college in  2nd ar further rounds in NEET ug counseling.
Also at your marks you can try for the other Medical courses like bams, bhms, veterinary science,  government  bds too !
As this year cutoff goes higher than last year so being in general category for getting mbbs in government sector  one should have to score atleast 540++ marks in odisha state .
But at 514 marks just register yourself for NEET ug counseling session and try your level best to get admission in your interested college.

You can try for government colleges also as you have a good score so you do have a chance. I cannot tell the exact college you can get as the cutoff varies every year.
