Dear Anu, you will write only NEET in 2020 because there will be no more AIIMS and JIPMER entrance examinations, So you will need not have to prepare for English, Logical Reasoning, Aptitude, etc the way you prepare for AIIMS. You will only prepare in Physics, Chemistry and Biology the way you are supposed to prepare for NEET. And this will be in effect from 2020. To make it clear, when a Candidate writes an Entrance examination like NEET in 2019, it is for the Academic year 2019. The first year would be considered as 2019-20. Now if the same Candidate writes NEET 2020, this is for admission from the  academic year 2020 going ahead. Now NEET was already held in 2019 and the admissions have been completed and classes have begun for the year 2019-20. Now that remains unchanged. And whatever changes are being discussed as cancelling AIIMS MBBS and JIPMER MBBS in favour of NEET 2020, will be implemented in 2020 from the Academic year 2020-21. Hope this clarifies your doubt.

Yes , you are right, since AIIMS UG entrance exam and JIPMER exam has been merged with NEET UG exam, so you cannot give aiims and Jipmer now , thus NEET is the only exam that medical aspirants can give now, there's no option other than neet and  admission in AIIMS and Jipmer will be based on your marks and rank in the neet examination as well.  So you need to prepare well for neet.
