If i go by the previous year data then the last mark admitted for getting a medical college in banaras hindu university for an sc candidate under all india quota was 511 for Institute of Medical Sciences, BHU and the corresponding rank was 17807.
Cutoffs are subject to change.The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.

The cutoffs for BHU medical 2019 has not been released yet. It is expected to be released by the 3rd or 4th week of August.
Now, last year the cutoff for SC category students for admission into IMS, BHU was 511 and 17807 in terms of marks and rank for Medical.
The cutoff can change this year with respect to various factors.It is difficult to predict them.

IMS BHU is one of the premier Institutes of Medical Science which goes at par with the nation's best colleges.
In order to get a seat in there, it's mandatory to see the cutoff of previous years in order to analyse the situation.
In the year of 2018,
The SC category Closing rank through AIQ stood at 17,807 which corresponded to a score of 511.
Comparing it with 2019's stats, a rank of 17k would likely have a score of 565.
Thus, if we consider the safety factory to be a rank of 15k for SC Category, the required marks would come to approximately 570.

This is a prediction though, the cutoffs are bound to vary every year depending upon the various factors.
