It's good that you want to do mbbs and become a doctor but I am sorry to tell you but dear with the marks mentioned by you, you will not get a seat in medical colleges not even in private medical colleges . I suggest you to prepare again for neet and clear it next year with flying colours and fulfil your dream of becoming a doctor.

I have already answered your query . But just to reaffirm you I would like to inform you that with this score you can not get admission in any government or private medical college. You can go for some private colleges through management quota. But for that the expense would range from 50 lacs to 80 lacs.
You have not mentioned your category .If you are from a reserved category and have domicile of any state then you can participate in the ayush councelling of that state. You might get a ayush seat ( bams, bhms,bums, etc) through state quota.but you might not get the beat college. You might land up in a private college.
