In the specialisations, IGMC offers a Regular B.Sc. in Nursing and . Post Basic Bachelor of Science (P.B.B.Sc) in Nursing is also available at IGMC Shimla. There are 120 seats available in the B.Sc. programme.

To be eligible for a UG programme, you must have passed the 10+2 test with a minimum of 50% in Chemistry, Biology, and Physics.

The qualifying examination is used to determine admission to the B.Sc. and P.B.B.Sc programmes. Admission to the B.Sc. programme is based on the results of the institute's Combined Entrance Test (CET).

So, basically, IGMC will organise common entrance test for which you need to appear and then appear for the counselling process to ensure admission into the course.
