Hiii sir I have take biology subject with additional math subject in 12th can I apply in neet exam 2020

Yes if you are in 12th appearing or have appeared with Physiscs, Chemistry and Biology /Biotechnology subjects from recognised University then you are surely eligible for NEET.

However do wait for official eligibility criteria for NEET 2020 which hasnot been released yet.

Minimum 50% aggregate marks in 12th in PCB is must in General category

The eligibility criteria for neet says a candidate must pass  10+2 or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology and English as core subjects in both Classes 11 and 12 from a recognized board with a minimum aggregate of 50% so accordingly you would be eligible for neet 2020.
