The only eligibility criteria for appearing in Banking exams is graduation from a recognized university. BCom in Banking and Finance is three year undergraduate course, as long as you complete this course from a recognized university, of course you're eligible for any jobs, whether it's banking, SSC, State PScs, UPSC etc.
