You didn't mention for which subject category you are applying for.

Each subject category has different eligibility criteria and accordingly the graduation certificate or latest marksheet has to be uploaded.

As per the instructions from organizing body following are the general eligibility criteria:

• No age limit.
• Candidates in their third year of undergraduate degree are eligible.
• The candidates must meet the criteria related to the qualifying exam.  For each exam you can check the qualification and degree here : Eligibility Criteria GATE 2021

As per your query, if you meet the qualification degree according to your chosen domain for GATE exam as masters then attach the latest marksheet of the same; in different case according to minimum eligibility you can register on your graduation basis .

see if you have studied bachelors course of 4 years duration or of 3 years duration  in any discipline you may apply for gate exam and give your academic details. however if your latest qualifications is msc or in msc final year you may also give msc as current qualification. so if you are in final year of studies you may definitely apply. you donot need to attach any results, but you have to take a declaration form signed by the college principle to attach with application.
