Hello,

OPEN ROUND is the last and final round of counseling where you can take admission.
In the procedure you will have to come and get your documents verified. Then a list will be prepared of all the candidates who have come up for counselling. Then you will have to wair and the vacancies will shown to you. Candidates will called rank wise and there you'll pick up whatever you want from the pool of seats the will be available.
After choosing a college, you can take admission if you wish to.

I hope this helps.
