Directorate of medical education and research mentioned at their website that those students who are from the regions, that are considered as hilly areas in Maharashtra, can apply through this reservation. The students have to provide the domicile certificate or proof of residence.

You must score above 400 to become eligible to get a seat in the medical colleges.
