Dear Suzan, there is an Anti Ragging Cell in every AIIMS branch and rules have been pretty strict regarding ragging. There are strict anti raggjng policies in place and any deviance from the same results in severe punishment for the students involved. Infact, every student and parent of the student who takes admission in AIIMS Medical Colleges have to submit an affidavit regarding this policy. So you neednt worry about any ragging so do not worry about it. Regarding, experiences, it is different in how people experience and perceive different situations. What few might think consider it as rapport building, few might consider it as ragging. So again it depends on too many factors. You always havr help within reach whenever you might need it. AIIMS had very strict anti ragging policies in place. So dont worry.
