Hello,
For BC caste, if you want to get B.pharmacy you need to get a rank around 20k in TSEAMCET to get into top colleges. Even if you get 30k there will be few chances for you. Buy getting a better rank will give you college with good placement facility and lab facilities etc which will be more worthy so rank around 20k is ideal. All the best!
