            To Get admission in NIFT in B.Des course you need to clear three exams these are CAT, GAT and then Situation test. In CAT you need at least 50%, In GAT you need 40-30% to clear and in Situation Test you need 20-30%. If your rank gets below 2000 you are selected.
Candidates seeking admissions to NIFT B.Des programme had to appear for Creative Ability Test (CAT) as well as General Ability Test (GAT). Shortlisted candidates were required to take the Situation Test in April-May 2019. Registration for NIFT 2019 Situation Test commenced from April.
