Yes. Since you're a candidate from Telangana, you'll be eligible for fee reimbursement in AP EAMCET as well as you can apply for AP EAMCET scholarships also.

Because, this year the government has decided that only Telangana candidates have the right to apply for fee reimbursement and scholarships, no matter if they are studying their program within the State or across the borders. Candidates will be scrutinized according to their yearly income of the family and the domicile certificates surrendered earlier in the admission and counselling process.
