I am afraid to say that with 20,070 EWS Rank and AIR 127 K in JEE Mains Paper 1, you would not be able to get any NITs, despite UP as a home state. EWS Rank of 5000 could have fetched you NIT Allahabad, but it is challenging on this rank.
