For getting E W S certificate apply to  the proper authority and after placing the application for EWS certificate you have to wait at least three months. So you have to calculate the time before taking admission in MBBS as and when you will get the certificate from the respective authority like tahsildar, deputy assistant collector, sub divisional officer, Panchayat Pradhan, or Block Development Officers.
